Tom oversees day-to-day operations, creating operations strategy and policies, communicates strategy and policy to employees, and fosters employee alignment with corporate goals.

CHIEF FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Tina oversees the financial and human resources operations of the organization. Her responsibilities include financial planning, treasury management, budget development, financial reporting, economic strategy and forecasting. Tina provides leadership to the divisions in these areas with overall alignment to corporate goals.
